Real Life God’s Way
Vision Statement: Life Groups are an essential element of the Chapel’s vision to develop passionate relationships with God through genuine friendships that will encourage and hold us accountable in our walk with God. We encourage all of our congregation to be part of a Life Group, as this will help move you toward a more passionate walk with our Savior, and allow you to develop closer relationships within the Chapel family.
Life Groups are any group of two or more people that gather together to pray, study the Word, encourage one another, and share life together.
We do Life groups at Emmanuel to be obedient to God and to fulfill our vision statement.
Life Groups develop:
- A passionate relationship with God
- Genuine friendships
- Community
- Accountability

In the book of Acts
(2: 42, 44-47 - NIV)
They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer… All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
In the book of Hebrews

Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
